We are hiring a Fabrication Supervisor for a light structural fabrication unit in Jamuria (chain link fencing, gates, and steel fabrication).
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fabrication work (cutting, welding, fitting)
- Manage workers and ensure production targets are met
- Maintain quality of fabricated items (gates, frames, fencing)
- Plan material usage and reduce wastage
- Coordinate with store and dispatch
Requirements:
- 2-6 years experience in fabrication / workshop supervision
- Knowledge of welding, cutting, and basic fabrication drawings
- Experience handling workers in a workshop or factory
- Basic understanding of measurements and production planning
Salary
₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
