Overview:
- Graham Packaging is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for both salaried and hourly roles within a manufacturing environment (preferred). This is a short-term assignment (3-6 months) through one of our staffing agency partners, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
- Pay: $25-27/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with HR partners and/or hiring managers on hiring needs
- Provides status updates throughout the selection process using the iCIMS ATS system




- Full-cycle recruiting - Reviewing resumes, conducting prescreens, arranging interviews and overseeing the hiring process.
- SME and partner for strategic sourcing.

Qualifications:
Required Skills/Experience You Will Bring to the Job
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Three to five years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process for both hourly and salary positions
- Experience in manufacturing recruitment with at a high volume recruiting pace
- Robust proficiency in all area of full lifecycle recruiting including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, wage and salary trends, and relationship management required
- Experienced in all forms of current online sourcing tools, techniques and networking as well as emerging trends and resources as it relates to recruitment
