Job Title: Production Supervisor (Electrical / Mechanical)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities
- Maintain quality standards and minimize rework/rejections
- Manage and guide production staff and workers
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures
- Prepare daily production reports and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments like Quality, Stores, and Maintenance
- Identify process improvements for better productivity and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering:
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision
- Strong knowledge of production processes and machinery
- Positive leadership and team management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting tools)
Preferred Skills:
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
