Production Supervisor

Area of Residence: Ahmedabad (Vicinity to the factory preferred)Educational Qualification

- Graduate + Certificate Course of IIP:
- Academic Record: First Class or aboveExperience:
- Minimum 5-10 years of overall experience
- 2-3 years of experience as a Production Manager in a printing-packaging plant

Working Hours / Shift
- 8 hours
- May be required to stay back depending upon operational circumstances

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10-12 Executives and 60-70 workers.
- Ensure required quality output from the plant.
- Maintain efficiency and productivity in all operations.
- Monitor and control cost of production versus total output.
- Handle/shuffle all production shifts and manage entire plant staff.
- Oversee production planning.
- Oversee inventory management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the plant.




- Ensure adherence to established systems during production.
- Handle external quality audits along with the team.
- Possess basic knowledge of machine operations and productivity at each workstation.
- Ensure proper predictive and preventive maintenance of machines.
- Supervise and coordinate breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain complete discipline across the plant.

Salary

₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month (take home)
Annual increment based on performance
