Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Promeal’s products in the market. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced business setting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field activities, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and leads.




Explore new markets and customer segments to expand business reach.

2. Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.

3. Sales Coordination & Operations

Coordinate sales activities between customers, internal teams, and operations departments.
Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch coordination, and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

4. Product Promotion & Market Development

Promote ProMeal’s products including organic manure, fertilizers, and related agricultural solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to generate leads.
