The campus follows a Gurukul-style system emphasizing academics, discipline, and holistic development. Key Responsibilities 1. Hostel Administration & Discipline Maintain strict discipline and ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations Monitor daily routine, attendance, and movement of students Ensure a safe, secure, and peaceful hostel environment 2. Student Welfare & Support Act as a guardian for students and address their concerns Maintain emotional and mental well-being of students Handle conflicts, grievances, and emergency situations effectively 3. Daily Operations Management Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel premises Coordinate with housekeeping, mess, and security staff Ensure proper functioning of rooms, washrooms, and common areas 4.
Academic Environment Support Ensure students follow study schedules and maintain discipline during study hours Coordinate with academic team for student performance and behavior updates 5. Communication & Reporting Maintain records of attendance, leave, and incidents Regularly report to management regarding hostel activities and issues Communicate with parents when required 6. Safety & Security Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Conduct regular checks and inspections Be available for emergencies (24×7 residential responsibility preferred) Eligibility Criteria Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline Prior experience as Hostel Warden / Residential School / Coaching Institute preferred Strong leadership, discipline, and communication skills Ability to handle students with patience and authority Physically fit and mentally alert Preferred Skills Experience in residential schools or coaching institut
