We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Executive to handle day-to-day warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the physical handling of medical equipment, maintaining real-time data in BUSY software, and ensuring that every item—from the smallest component to large machinery—is tracked with 100% accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Handle physical inward/outward material movement and dispatch documentation.
- Data Entry: Maintain real-time inventory records, GRN, and stock updates in BUSY software.
- Tracking: Strictly monitor Batch Numbers, Serial Numbers, and Expiry Dates of medical equipment.
- Storage: Organize the warehouse according to FIFO/FEFO and safety protocols.
- Coordination: Support the Store Manager in preparing MIS reports and coordinating with the Purchase/Service departments.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in store/warehouse roles.
- Hands-on experience with BUSY software and MS Excel.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
