Role & responsibilities

Welcoming Recent Residents and Families:
- Assist with the smooth onboarding of new residents, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable during the transition into the facility.
- Provide a comprehensive orientation for residents and families, giving tours of the facility, explaining available services, and introducing key staff members.

Handling Inquiries and Concerns:
- Act as the first point of contact for family members and visitors, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have about the facility or the care of their loved ones.
- Mediate between families, residents, and staff when concerns or complaints arise, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Follow up with families to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any evolving needs.

Resident and Family Feedback:
- Regularly gather feedback from residents and their families about the quality of services and care provided.
- Work with management to implement changes based on feedback to continuously improve the resident and family experience.





Liaison Between Residents, Families, and Staff:
- Act as a point of contact between residents, families, and various facility departments, ensuring clear communication regarding care plans, services, and resident needs.
- Work closely with healthcare providers, nursing staff, and administrative teams to address any resident-specific concerns or issues.
- Facilitate family visits and assist in organizing special events for residents and their families, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and holiday celebrations.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality in a healthcare or senior care setting is ideal.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
