Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to join our team at our Delhi office. This is a full time, on-site role where you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, executing digital campaigns, and driving brand growth through both organic and paid strategies.

You will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence, generating engagement, and supporting business objectives through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads:
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to queries, and maintain brand tone
- Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve campaigns
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies for timely execution of creatives and campaigns




- Stay updated with industry trends, especially in healthcare and medical exports
- Support campaign planning, product promotions, and brand awareness initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (campaign setup, targeting, optimization):
- Strong communication and copywriting skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, scheduling tools)
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data
- Experience working with designers/agencies and managing creative briefs
- Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or export industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
