Job Summary:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining hygiene, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant café experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes
- Operate coffee machines (espresso, grinder, etc.) efficiently
- Take customer orders and handle billing (POS system)
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Upsell beverages and café products to customers
- Handle customer queries and provide recommendations
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the café

Required Skills & Competencies:




- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Attention to detail and presentation
- Teamwork and multitasking ability

Qualifications:
- Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
- Experience: 1-3 years
