Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions related to online sales channels. The role involves handling marketplace reconciliations, payment tracking, invoicing, and ensuring accurate financial records for all e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Accounting
- Handle accounting for all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Perform marketplace reconciliation (orders, returns, payments, commissions)
- Track daily sales, settlements, and outstanding payments
- Record revenue, platform fees, discounts, and returns accurately

Financial Operations
- Prepare invoices and ensure proper billing for online orders
- Reconcile payment gateway transactions (Razorpay, PayU, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of receivables and settlements
- Monitor cash flow from online sales

Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure GST compliance for online sales and filings




- Prepare MIS reports related to e-commerce performance
- Assist in audits by providing required data and reports

Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and sales teams for order and return data
- Work closely with e-commerce managers for sales tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce accounting or similar role
- Basic understanding of GST and taxation

Key Skills:
- Marketplace reconciliation
- Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in corporate gifting / retail / product-based companies
- Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify dashboards
- Handling high-volume transactions
