Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles (blue-collar & white-collar).
- Coordinate with plant managers and department heads for manpower planning.
- Handle bulk hiring and campus/ITI hiring drives.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
- Manage onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Required Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing/plant hiring.
- Solid sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and pressure situations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred.
