The Retail Merchandiser will play a key role in driving sales performance, maximising product presentation, and ensuring alignment of the brand’s visual and merchandising standards across store locations. This role requires a deep understanding of fashion trends, strong analytical skills, and excepƟonal execution capability in a premium fashion retail environment.

Analyse product performance and trends to develop tailored merchandising plans that elevate sales and reflect the brand’s aesthetic.

Manage stock levels, coordinate allocation to boutiques and stores, and ensure replenishment aligns with demand and seasonality

Maintain premium visual standards across store interiors, window displays and product showcases to reflect the NJ brand identity

Track sell-through, slow-moving items and inventory ageing; present insights and recommendations to leadership.

Partner closely with buying, inventory, VM, marketing and store teams to execute seasonal and launch strategies effectively





Assist in planning and coordinating recent collections and limited releases in line with fashion schedules.

Gather on-ground customer and store feedback on fit, styling preferences, demand signals and competitor activity.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
