You’ll make a difference by:
- Reviews employee expense reports and monitors compliance with internal policies
- Process batch payments in a timely and accurate manner




- Monitors past due expense reports and work closely with employees to timely process reports
- Continually explores new methods to improve operations, work with management team to gain acceptance, and support implementation efforts
- Provide complete and consistent responses in a timely manner to the T&E; customer inquiry / Stakeholders.
- Assist with internal and external audits, projects and initiatives for the travel and expense program.
- Identifies and implements process improvements into the process.

Your success is grounded in:
- 5years to 6 years’ Experience in Travel and Expense process is preferred.
- Experience in working knowledge on Concur tool is preferred.
- Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
