. Develop a production schedule for the company’s products.

2. Determine requirements for, and implement, validation activities for equipment, methods, processes and product.

3. Documentation of all production activities.

4. Development of specifications for raw materials, intermediates, final product and packaging and labelling materials, as relevant.

5. Selection, ordering and purchase of materials and equipment required for production activities.

6. Ensuring equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

7. Management of the production team.

8. Develop the budget for the production department.

9. Oversight and monitoring of production activities to identify and resolve any issues.

10. Enforce health and safety precautions. 11. Implement quality control standards relevant to the products
