Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure design compliance with local building regulations and development norms.
- Prepare design presentations and project documentation.
- Review contractor drawings and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Conduct site visits to monitor implementation of design.
- Support approval processes with municipal authorities.
- Manage design revisions and modifications.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely delivery of design drawings.
- Accuracy and completeness of drawings.
- Approval success rate from authorities.
- Design compliance during construction.
- Project design timelines adherence.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
