Lead the design and architecture of the OneDSP program to ensure alignment with Nokia’s enterprise IT strategy.
- Define, document, and update solution architecture to meet the evolving needs of demand and supply planning.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across various business units to manage complex assignments and achieve project objectives.
- Guide development teams in implementing technical solutions with a focus on regulatory compliance and security standards.
- Oversee architectural governance with external suppliers and partners to maintain project alignment.
- Define migration strategies for legacy systems to next-generation platforms, ensuring seamless integration.
- Provide mentorship to project teams, fostering architectural best practices during project execution.

Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields with 4-10 years of experience in supply chain IT, focusing on Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) and 10+ years of IT experience in supply chain planning and execution systems.




- Deep functional understanding of demand, supply planning and response planning processes.
- Robust hands-on experience in Kinaxis Maestro(RapidResponse) configuration and solutioning.
- Highly knowledgeable about the master and transactional data sets.
- Experience in Kinaxis closedloop activities and SAP data extractions to Kinaxis Maestro.
- Perform E2E complete testing -Unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), help users with UAT etc.
- Good hands-on experience with Excel.
- Analyse and solve issues related to production.Prior experience working in Go-live and Hypercare of the projects to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Nice-To-Have:
- Kinaxis Certification.
- Knowledge of SAP and its integration with Kinaxis Maestro.
- Proven track record as a solution architect in large-scale digital transformation programs.
