Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1) Commercial & Contract Management:
- Manage and monitor contracts finalized with institutional customers to ensure compliance with all commercial terms.
- Support sales and installation teams for better execution of projects.
- Participate in negotiations of commercial terms.
2) Financial Control & Reconciliation:
- Ensure Credit Control for major customers within SAP based on billing and payment flow as per project terms.
- Carry out Debtors Management and account reconciliations, ensuring minimum deviations and timely collection.
- Prepare Cash Flow Statements for major customers as required by the customer or the sales team.
3) Business Support & Analysis:
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns,
and linkages to share enhanced customer insights with the sales team.
- Provide details of upcoming RERA projects to assigned zones and follow up on actions taken.
- Carry out analysis of Weekly Sales Reports, order bookings, and billings to highlight major actionable points and concerns.
4) Business Development Support:
- Liaise for marketing and branding opportunities at project sites by coordinating with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Track identified corporate customers to create business opportunities and coordinate with the Pan-India sales team for follow-ups.
- Explore additional business opportunities with existing customers to expand the portfolio.
- Support projects till BOQ stage
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Finance, or a related field).
