Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional training sessions on:
- Hair cutting techniques (basic to advanced)
- Hair coloring (global, highlights, balayage, etc.)
- Hair treatments (keratin, smoothening, botox, etc.)
- Styling and finishing techniques
- Demonstrate techniques through live practical sessions.
- Develop structured training modules and lesson plans.
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure trainees follow hygiene, safety, and professional standards.
- Stay updated with latest hair trends and product knowledge.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and certification programs.
- Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a professional hairstylist.
- Prior training or teaching experience preferred.




- Strong technical knowledge of modern hair techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership and mentoring ability.
- Certification in hairstyling (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
