About the Role
Your mission is simple: make every interaction transparent, supportive, and empowering.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver accurate, friendly, and efficient support in both English and Spanish
- Guide members through account questions, troubleshooting, and product usage
- Take full ownership of customer issues from first contact to resolution
- Use tools like Zendesk, Slack, and Google Workspace to track and manage interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and share customer insights
- Go above and beyond to create positive, memorable customer experiences
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ years of customer service experience (contact center or FinTech/SaaS experience is a plus)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
- A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others
- Flexibility to work U.S. time zones (Day/Night shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed)
