Conduct live video KYC calls with customers to verify their identity as per regulatory and company guidelines.
- Ensure all KYC checks are completed accurately
- Record and document customer interactions as per internal SOPs and compliance requirements.
- Flag suspicious or fraudulent activities to the compliance team immediately.
- Maintain daily call logs and reporting for audits.
- Provide excellent customer service while following strict regulatory norms.
- Work closely with the compliance and operations teams to ensure timely onboarding.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Video KYC
- Knowledge of Merchant Onboarding
- Problem-solving attitude
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of PPI,POS & ATM will be an advantage
- Knowledge of KYC Documents and Process
- Preferable from Banking & Fintech Industries
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
