Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations.
- Handle vendor documentation, billing coordination, and compliance processes.
- Coordinate with riders/field staff and resolve rider-related operational issues.
- Ensure smooth dispatch, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate operational records and MIS reports.
- Follow up with vendors and service partners for timely execution of services.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and logistics standards.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of 3PL logistics operations.
- Experience in handling vendor documentation and coordination.
- Knowledge of rider/field staff management.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage documentation and operational data.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics / 3PL operations.
- Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
