Job Summary
- To train youth on essential workplace soft skill to enhance their employability and prepare them for interview and job setting

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sessions on communication, personality development. Team wok, Interview Skills, grooming, workplace etiquette and time management. Conduct mock interviews, group discussion and role play activities. Prepare trainees to confidently interact with employers and co-workers
- Prepare daily session plan and deliver the session as per the course curriculum. Maintain trainee attendance, session records and assessment scores
- Conduct regular assessment and evaluations to measure learning outcomes. Provide feedback to trainees and support low performers
- Assist during mobilization or orientation session participate in placement presentation, job fairs and center events whenever needed

Pay: ₹8,746.49 - ₹27,000.00 per month
