Key Responsibilities
- Prepared Environment: Maintain a clean, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing classroom equipped with traditional Montessori materials.
- Individualized Instruction: Observe each child’s development and introduce new materials and "lessons" based on their specific readiness and interests.
- Classroom Management: Foster a peaceful, respectful atmosphere using positive discipline and grace/courtesy lessons.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of each student’s progress, milestones, and daily activities to share with parents and administration.
- Community Engagement: Conduct parent-teacher meetings and workshops to help families understand and implement Montessori principles at home.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Certification: A recognized Montessori teaching diploma (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) for the relevant age group (e.g., 3-6 years).




- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of the Montessori Philosophy.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Telugu or Hindi is a plus).
- Strong observational skills and a patient, nurturing temperament.
- Experience: Previous experience in a Montessori setting is highly desirable, but passionate freshers with the right certification are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
