Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) for issue resolution
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services
- Achieve customer retention and engagement targets
- Conduct feedback calls/surveys to improve service quality
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
