Common Resposibilities:
Sales Order Handling -Receiving, entering, and tracking customer sales orders; coordinating with production & dispatch teams

Inventory Reporting - Monitoring stock levels, preparing daily/weekly/Kanban inventory reports, ensuring data accuracy

Party Requirements - Liaising with customers & suppliers on delivery timelines, specifications, complaints, and order changes

Coordination - Working between sales, RFD, production, and accounts to ensure smooth order-to-cash flow

Arrange and track outbound shipments- coordinate with transporters, couriers, and drivers
- Prepare lorry receipts (LR), e-way bills, and delivery challans
- Monitor vehicle availability, freight costs, and on-time delivery performance

Requirements:
- Graduate (B.Com/BBA preferred)
- Proficient in Excel & MS Office
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati
- Prior experience in manufacturing/engineering industry preferred

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
