Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Kronos (UKG) FPRN professional to support, configure, and enhance Kronos workforce management solutions. The role involves working closely with business users, HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure effective timekeeping, scheduling, reporting, and payroll integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and maintain Kronos / UKG Workforce Management modules
- Work on Functional, Payroll, Reporting, and Navigation (FPRN) aspects of Kronos
- Handle timekeeping, scheduling, leave, and attendance configurations
- Support pay rules, accruals, shifts, and labor rules:
- Develop and maintain standard and custom reports:
- Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis:
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders for requirements gathering
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements:
- Prepare documentation and provide user support/training
- For senior roles: lead teams, review designs,



mentor juniors, and interact with clients

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Kronos / UKG (Workforce Central, Dimensions, or Ready):
- Good understanding of FPRN (Functional, Payroll, Reporting, Navigation):
- Knowledge of timekeeping, payroll processes, accruals, and scheduling:
- Experience with Kronos reporting tools:
- Basic understanding of integrations and data flows:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience in implementation or large support environments:
- Exposure to UKG Dimensions or cloud-based Kronos:
- Client-facing experience

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
