Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to company-provided leads.
- Explain the company’s products/services clearly to potential customers.
- Build a positive relationship with customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into sales.
- Maintain records of calls, responses, and customer details.
- Schedule follow-ups with potential clients.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Tele sales / telecalling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹9,233.15 - ₹18,000.00 per month
