Job Purpose:
To promote and sell ZED and ISO certification consultancy services to MSMEs, drive lead generation, client acquisition, and support businesses in adopting quality, sustainability, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential MSME clients through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and digital platforms. Educate clients on benefits of ZED, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, etc.

Client Consultation: Understand client’s business, explain ZED parameters, subsidy benefits, and ISO requirements in simple terms. Conduct initial gap assessment with technical team.

Sales & Conversion: Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals for ZED & ISO consultancy projects.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relations with MSME associations, DICs, industry clusters, and existing clients for repeat business and referrals.

Documentation Support: Coordinate with clients to collect basic documents, forms, and fees required for ZED/ISO registration and certification process.

Market Intelligence:



Track competitor activities, government schemes, MSME policies, and current certification updates to position services better.

Target Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets for number of ZED & ISO clients onboarded.

Awareness Activities: Organize or participate in webinars, workshops, and MSME meets to promote ZED & ISO awareness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any stream. MBA Marketing preferred.

Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, consulting sales, or service selling to MSMEs. Fresher with strong communication may be considered.

Skills: Excellent communication in Hindi & English, persuasive skills, basic MS Office, willingness to travel locally.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of MSME sector, ZED Certification, ISO standards is an advantage. Training will be provided.
