Job Description:
Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented OT Staff member to support surgical procedures and ensure the operation theatre is maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:Operation Theatre Preparation & Maintenance
- Ensure all surgical instruments are sterilized, organized, and ready prior to procedures.
- Maintain strict OT hygiene, sterility, and aseptic conditions at all times.
- Regularly inspect and maintain equipment such as punches, implanters, loops, OT lights, and microscopes.

Patient Care & Handling
- Prepare and position patients appropriately before surgery.
- Assist in scalp preparation, anesthesia support, and post-operative dressing.
- Ensure clear communication and maintain patient comfort, especially during extended procedures.

Post-Operative Duties
- Clean and disinfect the operation theatre after each procedure.
- Handle sterilization processes including autoclaving, packing, and proper storage of instruments.




- Accurately account for all instruments and consumables used during surgeries.

Documentation & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records including graft count sheets, OT logs, and sterilization reports.
- Monitor inventory levels of surgical tools, consumables, and medical supplies.
- Promptly report any equipment issues or shortages to the senior team.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong understanding of sterilization and infection control practices.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Work Environment:
- Energetic and high-pressure healthcare setting
- Rotational shifts may be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,562.13 - ₹18,000.00 per month
