To manage daily site operations, supervise labor, and ensure construction work is carried out efficiently and safely.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily work of labor teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per instructions and drawings.
- Monitor quality and workmanship on site.
- Maintain records of daily work activities.
- Ensure proper use of materials and equipment.
- Report progress and issues to Site Engineer.
- Enforce safety practices on site.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily work completion targets.
- Labor productivity.
- Site safety compliance.
- Quality of work executed.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Relevant Construction Experience.

Experience
- 3-6 years experience in construction site supervision.
