What You’ll Do

1️. Café & Venue Partnerships

Scout cool cafés and venues across Delhi NCR

Build genuine, long-term relationships with cafés, colleges & communities

Make sure every venue matches the signature CCC vibe

2️. Events, Events, Events

Plan and execute smooth, buzzing chess meetups

Lead volunteers & on-ground crew with confidence

Manage registrations, logistics, flow & guest experience

3️. Marketing & Outreach

Engage with student clubs & local communities

Boost participation through consistent outreach





Promote merchandise and build the “chess lifestyle” culture

4️. Sales & Growth

Convert walk-ins, inquiries & social leads into participants

Achieve revenue & attendance targets

Analyse performance and level up event-by-event

5️. Coordination & Admin

Keep participant lists, payments & documentation tidy

Coordinate with venues, team members & vendors

Maintain trackers, checklists & reports

- Based in Delhi NCR
- A people-person with great communication skills
- Energetic, reliable & obsessed with making things happen
- Comfortable with social media & community outreach
- Sales-oriented and target-driven
