Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller to handle communication between PG landlords and tenants. The role involves resolving queries, managing complaints, and ensuring a smooth experience for both parties on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls from PG landlords and tenants:
- Understand and resolve queries, complaints, and issues effectively
- Assist tenants in finding suitable PG accommodations
- Support landlords in listing and managing their properties
- Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
- Coordinate between landlord and tenant for smooth communication
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies
- Build strong relationships to increase customer trust and retention

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident and polite speaking tone




- Problem-solving attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple calls
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps
- Listening skills and patience

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience in real estate / PG / customer support
- Sales or convincing ability
- Knowledge of Gurgaon PG market
