About the role:
We are currently in the establishment phase of our state-of-the-art E-Waste Recycling Plant in Nagpur, Maharashtra, and are seeking a diligent and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee the development and construction of our industrial unit.

As the Site Supervisor, you will be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring that the facility is built according to design specifications, timelines, and safety regulations. You will serve as the primary liaison between contractors, engineering consultants, and project management to ensure a seamless transition from site development to operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site activities, ensuring all civil, mechanical, and electrical works are executed according to blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, proactively identifying bottlenecks to prevent delays in the commissioning of the plant.
- Ensure all materials, equipment installations, and workmanship meet the required industrial and safety standards.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce strict on-site Health, Safety,



and Environment (HSE) protocols to maintain a zero-incident workplace during the construction phase.
- Manage on-site sub-contractors and coordinate with internal project teams to ensure utility connections (water, power, waste disposal) are correctly integrated.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, site diaries, and manage on-site documentation regarding material receipts and inventory.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
2-4 years of experience in industrial construction, infrastructure projects, or facility plant setup.
- Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints, site layouts, and familiarity with local building codes and industrial safety standards.
