Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process (Inbound - Billing Support). The role involves handling customer queries related to telecom billing and providing timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally

Resolve billing-related queries efficiently

Provide accurate information to customers

Maintain call records and documentation

Escalate issues when required

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12 months experience in International BPO (Voice Process)

Undergraduate / Graduate both eligible

Experience in customer service or billing support preferred

Required Skills:
Excellent English communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability

Positive interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge

Language Requirement:
English (mandatory)

Versant Score: 60+ (B2 Level)
