Key Responsibilities
2. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with new hire information.
3. Assisting with on-boarding and orientation activities for new employees in the USA.
4. Providing support with employee relations issues and helping to resolve conflicts.
5. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews.
6. Coordinating training and development activities for employees.
7. Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
