Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food as per standard recipes and instructions
- Assist Commis I and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages
- Keep the workstation clean and organized
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of kitchen experience (hotel/restaurant preferred)
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
