Responsibilities:
- Material Inspection:
- Inspect incoming raw materials (resins, pigments, additives, etc.) for quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to maintain high-quality material sourcing.
- Process Monitoring:
- Work closely with production teams to oversee paint manufacturing processes.
- Monitor batch consistency and troubleshoot any process-related issues.
- Research and Development (R&D;):
- Participate in R&D; activities to improve existing formulations or develop new ones.
- Assist in testing new raw materials and evaluating their performance.
- Collaborate with chemists and engineers to innovate and enhance our product range.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks, test results, and process parameters.
- Generate reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Suggest improvements and actively contribute to the overall efficiency of the production line.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Previous experience in paint manufacturing, quality control, or related roles.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
