- Consistent schedule maintenance across the HVDC project portfolio
- Reliable progress tracking and planning services
- Consolidation of planning inputs from internal disciplines and workstreams
- Coordinate between internal engineering, procurement, construction and project management teams.
- Preparation of standardized planning outputs required for project governance and reporting
