1. Sales Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Contribute to achieving the overall store sales target through effective customer engagement and upselling. Actively participate in daily sales briefings and target reviews.

2. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Understand customer needs to recommend suitable gemstones and certification services.
- Ensure repeat sales by maintaining customer contact records and follow-ups (minimum 50 customer calls/day).
- Manage client queries, ensuring 100% satisfaction through prompt resolution.

3. Product Knowledge & Presentation
- Maintain thorough knowledge of gemstones, certification processes, and value attributes.
- Ensure accurate product display, cleanliness, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Keep track of product movement, replenishment, and display accuracy (zero stock discrepancy).

4. Store Operations
- Assist in store opening and closing activities as per SOPs.
- Maintain accurate billing,



cash handling, and inventory records.
- Ensure product tagging, documentation, and certification are in place before handover to clients.
- Support audits and compliance checks, ensuring zero deviation from process guidelines.

5. Sales Coordination & Reporting
- Record daily sales transactions and submit reports to the Store Manager.
- Update CRM data with customer details and sales conversions.
- Coordinate with sales coordinators and marketing teams for in-store promotions or special events.

6. Team Collaboration
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Share product insights, sales techniques, and best practices with peers.

Participate in regular performance feedback sessions and skill enhancement programs.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
