We are looking for a Student Counselor who can guide students about the Tally course, explain career options, and help them choose the right path after learning Tally. The counselor will talk to students and parents, understand their needs, and support them in making career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students about Tally courses (basic to advanced).
- Explain career opportunities after Tally like accounting jobs, office work, and further studies.
- Talk to students and parents in a simple and polite manner.
- Help students choose the right course based on their education and interest.
- Handle walk-in students and phone inquiries.
- Keep student records and follow up with interested students.
- Support students during admission and course joining process.
- Coordinate with trainers and center staff when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate (Commerce background preferred but not compulsory).
- Basic knowledge of Tally or accounting courses is an advantage.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi (basic English is enough).
- Friendly, patient, and helpful nature.
- Ability to explain things in easy and clear language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, calling, WhatsApp).
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in counseling, education, or training institutes will be preferred.
