Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with internal teams for processing and documentation.

2. Conduct field visits for payment collection and follow-up with clients for pending due.

3. Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.

4. Maintain professional communication while handling collections.

5. Update collection status and client feedback in CRM/ reporting system.

6. Coordinate with accounts or operations team regarding collection updates.

7. Should also have experience in MF, Loan, Travel and operation department.

8. Build & maintain robust client relationship.

Interview Mode: 1st round - Telephonic. 2nd round - F2F

*Note : Should have own vehicle and a valid driving license.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
