Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Auditor with 2-3 years of experience in shipping or logistics to conduct internal audits, ensure compliance, and strengthen financial and operational controls across container line operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits of financial records, operational processes, and documentation

Verify freight billing, container movement records, port charges, demurrage & detention

Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and accounting standards

Review vendor invoices, contracts, and agreements for accuracy and compliance

Identify process gaps, risk areas, and control weaknesses and recommend improvements

Prepare audit reports, findings, and corrective action plans

Coordinate with accounts, operations,



and documentation teams during audits

Assist in external audits and regulatory inspections when required

Ensure proper maintenance of audit documentation and records

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

2-3 years of experience as an Auditor (shipping, logistics, or transport industry preferred)

Solid knowledge of accounting principles, audit procedures, and compliance norms

Understanding of container line operations, freight billing, and port-related costs

Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

High level of integrity and attention to detai

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
