Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct structured cricket training sessions
- Coach players across age groups (kids, teenagers, and adults)
- Teach batting, bowling, and fielding techniques
- Develop players’ game awareness, match strategy, and decision-making skills
- Design drills to improve fitness, agility, coordination, and endurance
- Assess individual skill levels and track player progress
- Provide personalized feedback and performance improvement guidance
- Ensure proper warm-up, cool-down, and injury prevention practices
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, motivating training environment
- Ensure safety standards during all training sessions
- Manage and maintain cricket equipment and practice facilities
- Prepare players for matches, tournaments, and trials
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and consistency
- Adapt coaching methods based on player ability and goals
- Coordinate training schedules based on mutually agreed timings
- Stay updated with modern coaching techniques and game formats
- Maintain attendance and basic training records
