Are you an experienced accounting professional with robust expertise in inventory and costing within a manufacturing environment? We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive - Inventory & Costing Management to join our growing team.
✔ Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Cost Accounting
- Maintain accurate accounting records for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile variances with Tally records
- Ensure proper inventory valuation in line with applicable accounting standards (FIFO / Weighted Average)
2. Books of Accounts & Ledger Management
- Record and verify day-to-day accounting
3. Audit & Documentation Support
- Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for audits and assessments
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) - Mandatory
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing environment/ industry.
Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP 9:
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) Domain Knowledge
- Sound understanding of manufacturing accounting cycles:
- Practical exposure to inventory control, costing, and stock reconciliation
