About the Institute
The All India Institute of Occult Science is committed to delivering structured and professional education in occult sciences. With multiple active batches and growing enrollments, we are looking for a proactive intern to support our Batch Coordination and Academic Operations team.
Role Overview
The Batch Coordination Intern will assist in managing day-to-day batch operations, ensuring smooth class execution, student communication, and coordination between faculty and students.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to learn operations within an educational institution.
Key Responsibilities
Batch Management Support
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating online/offline classes.
- Ensure students are informed about class timings, updates, and changes.
- Help maintain attendance and batch records.
- Support communication with students regarding session reminders and academic updates.
- Address basic student queries and escalate concerns when required.
- Assist in onboarding new students into batches.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding session schedules and materials.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily classes.
- Maintain data sheets and update student records.
- Support in preparing batch reports and performance tracking.
- Assist the operations team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Desired Skills
- Positive communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
