Job Summary:
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with strong experience in Banking / Financial Services domain and hands-on expertise in manual testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze BRD/FRD and banking workflows
- Prepare detailed test cases and scenarios
- Perform Functional, Regression & Integration testing
- Validate banking transactions, workflows, and reports
- Defect logging and tracking using tools like JIRA
- Coordinate with Dev, BA & business teams
- Support UAT and release validation
Mandatory Skills:
✔ 3-5 years of Manual Testing experience
✔ Banking / Financial Services domain experience (mandatory)
✔ Strong knowledge of SDLC & STLC
✔ Test case design & execution
✔ Defect lifecycle management
✔ Valuable communication skills
Good to Have:
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Agile/Scrum exposure
