Tech Vortex Ventures is a Kolkata-based tech startup working on Keypr, an innovative AI-driven app focused on creating meaningful connections. Our mission is to rethink matchmaking apps by prioritizing engagement, inclusivity, and long-term relationships.

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with experience (specifically in mobile app design), web experiences, and also maintaining and scaling existing design system. This is an on-site position, ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design clean, user-friendly screens for mobile and web.
- Work with an existing design system and scale it as the product grows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize ideas and test functionality.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into design solutions.
- Ensure consistency and quality of visual design across the app by creating and maintaining design systems.




- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on designs.
- Use feedback, testing insights, and product data to improve designs.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on UI/UX experience (mobile app experience is key)

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past mobile app design projects.
- Build and maintain reusable components, styles, and tokens in Figma.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design ideas effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month (₹3,60,000 to ₹5,40,000 per year)

Ability to commute/relocate: Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
