Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and English-speaking professional with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, answering inbound queries, and providing accurate information to help students make informed enrollment decisions.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce our educational programs
- Answer inbound queries related to courses, fees, and enrollment procedures
- Maintain a detailed record of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Provide accurate information to help students make informed enrollment decisions




- Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process
- Stay updated on the latest educational programs and offerings
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure prospective students have all necessary information

Requirements:
- Positive Hindi and English communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

Preferences:
- Basic Computer Knowledge

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
