Job Title: Executive Pharmacist

Experience: 6months to 1 year (In pharmaceutical warehouse distribution or supply chain operations, handling regulatory documentation, inventory management preferred)
Job Summary:
Responsible for pharmaceutical warehouse operations, estock management, regulatory compliance. Maintains accurate documentation, supports quality and safety standards, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock inward/outward, STN, GRN, sales orders, credit notes, and billing.
- Ensure proper storage, batch control, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and daily MIS reports.
- Handle customer/dealer queries and coordinate for timely dispatch.
- Report non-conformities and product complaints to QA within 24 hours.
- Ensure compliance with QMS, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow EHS guidelines and maintain warehouse safety and housekeeping.
Technical Skills(good to have):
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage guidelines and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data management(Mandatory).
- Understanding of QMS, SOPs, FIFO/FEFO systems.
